– Non-Executive Chairman
Has been chairman of a number of AIM-listed companies and is currently
chairman of Invox plc. His early career was in banking and investment
management. He is also chairman of two unquoted companies, TP3 plc and
London Farmers’ Markets Limited, and is a board member of Origin,
a group of housing associations.

– Non-Executive Director
Chairman of Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc and Jupiter Financial Trust
plc, and a non-executive director of a number of companies including
Candover Investments plc, British Assets Trust plc and Global Natural
Energy plc. Formerly Managing Director of Globe Investment Trust plc
and later Chief Executive of Lazard Asset Management and a Managing
Director of Lazard Brothers & Co Ltd.
Neil Bryson – Non-Executive Director
His career has been in the energy sector: coal mining, power generation and renewable energy. He is chairman of ESD Biomass, an unquoted company, and was previously chairman of the Electricity Pool of England and Wales.
Rizelle Sampson – Non-Executive Director
Ms Sampson, who has an extensive business and civil service experience, is a former senior manager at the Ministry of Communications and Sentech Ltd. She started her career in the financial services sector and, since leaving government in March 2003, has played a prominent and influential role in a number of black economic empowerment transactions.
