AltX Listing Details

IPSA Group Plc commenced trading on the Johannesburg AltX exchange on October 19th 2006, a first for an AIM listed company.

At a ceremony to mark the occasion, Peter Earl commented: "This is the beginning of an exciting chapter in our development in southern Africa. We have planned to grow and manage the business and preojects in the refion based on our core skills in gas-fired and clean coal technology."

The total number of IPSA shares traded on the AltX is 95,004,081
