Copies of the report and accounts will be available, free of charge, for a period of one month from the date of this announcement from the registered office of the Company and from the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, Noble & Company Limited, 5th Floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR. The report and accounts are also available at the Company's website: www.ipsagroup.co.uk in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday 30 April 2009 at 5th Floor, Prince Consort House, 27-29 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TJ.
